This motel is super cute. Everything in the room was recently upgraded and the room was very clean and comfortable. Super friendly and helpful staff. Close to the downtown and also the horse show (the reason for my visit). An added bonus was the clean and lovely pool area, where I enjoyed an afternoon of relaxation!

We traveled for a wedding and I usually stay in hotels, but we enjoyed our stay here. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. I liked that we had table and chairs outside our room to enjoy morning coffee. It was quiet and offered activities for down time. The pool was clean and plenty of comfortable lounge chairs. The room had a slight musty smell at check in probably due to the non-stop rain while we were there, but cleared up when the AC ran. We wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

I had just attended a concert at SPAC across the stateline in NY and had a free day before heading out to my next stop in NYC. So, I researched and found Manchester, VT and was looking for a place to lay low and relax and just enjoy the view and ambience. Having never been to VT, I was fairly impressed with my time here.nnCheck-in was pretty easy and you can do most of the work online prior to arriving. Just a few quick items to sign and good to go. The hotel is setup as almost like an old motor court. The rooms were just fine, the bed comfortable enough and everything was clean and safe. I couldnt really get the Cable to work on the TV, but given that the weather was spectacular, I grabbed some snacks and a book and just enjoyed from outside. There are fridges in each room and a closet. The shower was a tad small, but great water pressure (same with sink). You have a wall a/c unit which works fine. I used mine, but when the weather is great and cool at night you wouldnt need it. Everyone staying here seemed to be in town enjoying a few days in the Green Mountains. Theyd head out in the AM and return late PM either to retire or change and head to dinner. Its walking distance to Ye Olde Tavern and perhaps a few other places. nnThey have a little oasis out back facing the West with a great view of the mountains and perfect for watching sunsets. Plenty of activities like a pool and shuffle board + fire pits, cornhole, etc. Whether you just want to pass the hours in the pool or relaxing outside or being super close to so much activity, this is a great spot to land. If you want an early check-in, Id call the manager about this ahead of time to see what is possible

Very clean. A little noisy in the am with guests and kids running around. Great property and beautiful pool, but we didn’t have time to try it. Mattresses were a little lumpy and also very creeky/noisy.

We are used to staying at resort properties. While the Aspen is an older, simple motel, it was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were happy with our accommodations and the location was perfect for attending a soccer tournament in town.

the Aspen at Manchester is a wonderful alternative to big corporate hotels. It is cozy, friendly, and lovely. Conveniently located, but quiet. The heated pool and firepits are great things to use in between touring the town, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and cozy. Were already planning to go back.

Perfectly located for events and exploration of Manchester, my room was clean, spacious, and just where I needed to be. The person with whom I checked in was friendly and helpful. I left too early for the free breakfast. But there was a coffee machine in my room. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The Aspen provided just what I needed.

Large room with two sinks, TV, microwave and fridge. The building is somewhat dated, but everything was functional and clean. Large property with lots of grassy areas, a swimming pool, and a spa at the front (not sure how this is related to the motel). Nice views. This motel is on the outskirts of Manchester along 7A, with very little traffic, and is set back from 7A, behind the spa building and the swimming pool, so it is rather quiet. Good continental breakfast as far as these go, including Tropicana OJ, Thomas English muffins, and Dannon yogurt. Friendly owners/staff.

Aspen at Manchester exceeded our expectations. We came to the area specifically to check-off Mount Equinox Skyline Drive on our motorcycle places to visit list. Nightly bonfires, smores, the pool, the views our comfortable room of Aspen at Manchester made the trip extra special. We wished we had planned more time.

Very friendly staff, wish the breakfast area opened up earlier. Excellent location in a wonderful part of Vermont. Appreciated the selection of drinks available for purchase. Will stay in this hotel when I return to the area.

Really nice small motel. Stuff was lovely and friendly. Room needed a little remodeling but great experience over all. Recommend to everyone for family stay. Motel is placed in quiet and safe area, few miles away from national forest.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Aspen at Manchester. The place was clean and comfortable and quiet. The staff were kind and welcoming. I had a yummy blueberry muffin for brekkie. I would definitely recommend this motel to my friends and family!

Quaint cozy place with a VERY comfortable bed! Peaceful and quiet. Easy trip into the village to get food. A LOT of local good choices for food. Ate at Mulligans, Avocado Pit and Christos. All were very good.

Traveling across from Memphis to Boston, this was one of our stops! We will be back again. Way more bang for your buck. The views, the rooms, the staff. All in all out of all the places we stayed it was my favorite!

Wonderful staff, clean rooms, plenty of privacy, convenient to everything, great value! We enjoyed the convenience of being right on Main Street so close to everything. The receptionists were extremely polite and accommodating. Overall just a great experience.

The staff was great .. rooms were clean and well placed views.. If your in Manchester and need a place that’s close to downtown and the surrounding sites, restaurants and shopping …then the Aspen is for you ..

Staff was nice - location was good. Good assortment of shops and food places nearby. Breakfast was nice. Room was clean and beds were good. Location was good - ski mountains just close enough to make them easily accessible.

Always nice. The rooms are clean and are 15 minutes from Bromley. Manchester is a nice town with plenty of good places to eat with shopping. You wont find a better deal on a room in the area. I always stay here when Im in Manchester.

Great location, great staff, and comfortable room. Can’t ask for more than that. They even shoveled out my car in the morning after a snowstorm. This has been our go to stay in Southern Vermont for 15 years and we’ve always had a great stay.

Rooms were recently remodeled, very comfortable and quiet. Complimentary breakfast was good enough to get you going in the morning. We were there for snowboarding in Stratton and Killington. Stratton was about a 20 minute drive, while Killington was about an hour away. Its nice to stay in Manchester because there are so many good restaurants.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very cozy and the staff was great. Excellent location for the local ski resorts. We will be returning next year for our annual skiing trip to Vermont.

My husband and I stayed here for a quick Valentine’s Day ski trip in Vermont. The rooms are basic, but clean, warm and cozy. We found the queen bed to be comfortable, and the shower head was quite nice (one of the big flat ones that keep your whole body warm while you’re washing off). Breakfast was actually quite good for continental style—the muffins especially. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well. nnMy only issue was that only a few rooms have microwaves, and the shared microwave is located quite far from the rooms that lack them.

We had to change our plans a few times, since the weather was expected to be negative 30-50 on the ski mountain. The staff was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. nThe rooms were clean and spacious, parking right outside of our rooms made it easy. We had two rooms, which were adjoining. There were extra blankets, which we didnt need since we could adjust the temp in the room if needed. nthere was a sink and counter outside of the bathroom and a small fridge and microwave. The beds werent the most comfortable I have slept on ( a little soft), but they were certainly fine for a night. nOut check in was easy and check out no problem at all. nWe would stay here again next time we go to Magic to ski.

Stayed here to ski Stratton. Great location with easy access to shops, restaurants, starbucks etc. Room was large enough for a family of 4, was very clean with some updates. No issues at all during our stay. Heat kept us warm in -20 degree temps.

One night stay at the Aspen at Manchester while on a ski trip. The Aspen looks like a typical Vermont motel; a row of single story rooms next to parking areas, but they manage to have upgraded most of the experience. The check-in was easy and friendly. The lobby area is very nice and also has a nice breakfast set up. The room was very roomy, clean, warm and comfortable. There is a sitting area, desk, closet and plenty of storage. The bed was especially nice. I loved the shower with the large rain head, very relaxing. The TV has plenty of channels and is set up for easy watching.nnI got a great price on the Aspen and was very happy with my stay. It looks like there are plenty of extras during the summer and I would definitely recommend a stay here.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and warm. It was a pleasant experience. The only thing was that the breakfast was a bit minimal. But I didn’t even know that breakfast was included so that was a nice surprise!
